Information

Our dispatchers will receive your call ASAP and will contact you for the following information: Brand of your refrigerator/freezer/cooler, Model of your appliance (if possible), The problem you are experiencing.

Timing

After we receive your call, we will typically set a repair day that works for you. We strive to make same day repairs, but due to scheduling difficulties, it may be needed for us to postpone your repair to a later date the same week. When you do make an appointment with us, be aware that because of traffic and other repairs, we will set a 3-hour window in which our technician will come. (Ex: 1-4pm)

Repairs

When our technicians arrive at your location, you can rest assured that you will receive top-notch services. Our technician will first attempt to provide a detailed diagnosis of the problem and will then relay it to you along with the price range for that specific repair. Should you accept our repair services, the technician will immediately start the repair,

During the Repair

Our technicians have been trained to provide enjoyable customer service to you and your relatives. Feel free to ask any questions from our technicians about the process of repairing your refrigerator. If you receive unsatisfying service, and/or are offended in any shape or form CALL US!

After the Repair

Following the repair, our repairman will inform you of its completion and request payment for the amount stated earlier, plus service call and tax.
