Returning from a vacation, I found that the refrigerator section of my Sub Zero was well below freezing and my beer cans had all exploded. I called Sub Zero Repair, and Jeremy arrived the next day. He quickly found the problem, which apparently was caused by a power surge because of a power outage. My condenser was running continuously, and the cooling coils of the refrigerator were cased in ice. He rebooted the refrigerator, defrosted the cooling coils, and installed a surge protector. The price was less than expected, and the service was competent and timely.

The Sub-Zero Viking Repair team came out to diagnose and quote repairs on my Subzero refrigerator. It was a lot of money, and we agreed to the repair. They ordered the parts and came back for the repairs, once they got into the unit they determined we did not have to replace the compressor and other parts, so the repair was significantly less than the quote.
